Google User Data Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI uses Google OAuth for user authentication. When you sign in with Google, we collect and store the following data:

  • Name — for display in your profile
  • Email address — for account identification and communication
  • Profile picture URL — for display in your profile

How we use this data: Solely for user authentication and profile display within MarketingStudios.AI. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, except as required by law.

Data retention: Your data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently destroyed without delay.

Meta Platform Data Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI integrates with Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) to enable content publishing. When you connect your accounts, we collect and store the following data:

  • Account identifiers — Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, Threads User IDs
  • Account names & usernames — for display in the connected accounts list
  • Profile picture URLs — for display in the connected accounts list
  • Access tokens — OAuth tokens for publishing content on your behalf

How we use this data: Solely for publishing marketing content to your connected accounts at your explicit request. We do not access your private messages, followers lists, or personal profile data beyond what is listed above.

Data sharing:Content you choose to publish is sent to Meta's Graph API. We do not sell or share your Meta account data with any other third parties.

Data deletion: When you disconnect an account, all stored tokens and account data are immediately deleted. You can also request full data deletion by contacting support@marketingstudios.ai

YouTube API Services Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel for video publishing and analytics within MarketingStudios.AI. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

OAuth scopes requested:

  • youtube.readonly — to display your connected channel and retrieve video analytics
  • youtube.upload — to upload videos that you explicitly request to publish

Data we collect and store:

  • Channel information — channel ID, title, description, thumbnail URL, subscriber count, total view count, video count
  • Recent video metadata (up to 25 latest videos) — video ID, title, thumbnail URL, publish date, view/like/comment counts
  • OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens, retained only to maintain your connection

How we use this data:

  • Display your connected YouTube channel in the dashboard and channel insights view
  • Show analytics such as subscriber count and video performance metrics
  • Upload videos to your YouTube channel only when you explicitly initiate the publish action
  • Set a custom thumbnail on uploaded videos when provided

Limited Use compliance: MarketingStudios.AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We do not use YouTube data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • We do not transfer YouTube data to third parties for serving ads or any advertising purposes.
  • We do not allow humans to read YouTube data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable law.

Data sharing:We do not sell or transfer your YouTube data to any third party. Videos you choose to upload are sent only to YouTube via Google's official API.

Data retention:OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your YouTube account in the channels settings. Channel snapshots and video metrics retained for analytics are deleted upon account deletion. You may revoke MarketingStudios.AI's access at any time via Google Security Settings.

Data deletion: Disconnect your channel anytime from the channels settings within the app, or request full deletion of all stored YouTube data by contacting support@marketingstudios.ai.

TravelersMAP Co., Ltd.（以下简称“运营者”）就通过 marketingstudios.ai 域名提供的 Marketing Studios AI（以下简称“服务”），依据《个人信息保护法》等相关法规，订立并对外公开本隐私政策，以保护用户个人信息并迅速妥善处理相关申诉。

第1条（个人信息处理目的）

本服务为以下目的处理个人信息：

  1. 会员注册与管理：为会员服务进行本人确认、会员识别及防止服务被不当使用。
  2. 服务提供：提供基于 AI 的营销内容生成、品牌知识库管理及工作区协作功能。
  3. 服务改进：分析服务使用状况、提升服务质量与开发新功能。
  4. SNS 联动与内容发布：联动会员的 SNS 账号（Instagram、Facebook、Threads、WordPress）并自动发布营销内容。
  5. 申诉处理：处理用户咨询与投诉，并传达公告事项。

第2条（收集的个人信息项目）

1. 电子邮件/密码注册 时

  • 必填：姓名（昵称）、电子邮件地址、密码

2. 社交登录（Google） 时

  • 必填：姓名、电子邮件地址、头像 URL

3. 社交登录（Kakao） 时

  • 必填：昵称、电子邮件地址、头像 URL

4. SNS 账号联动 时

  • Instagram：Instagram 商业账号 ID、用户名、头像 URL、关联的 Facebook 页面信息
  • Facebook：页面 ID、页面名称、页面访问令牌
  • Threads：Threads 用户 ID、用户名、头像 URL
  • WordPress：站点 URL、认证令牌
  • 通用：OAuth 访问令牌（用于内容发布）、令牌到期时间

5. 服务使用过程中自动收集的信息

  • IP 地址、浏览器种类及版本、访问时间、服务使用记录。仅在用户同意分析与广告效果测量时，另行收集 Google Analytics 客户端 ID、着陆页面、UTM 参数及广告点击标识（如 gclid）。

第3条（个人信息的处理及保存期间）

  1. 会员注销时将立即销毁相应个人信息，但如相关法律规定须予保留，则在该规定期限内保存。
  2. 根据《电子商务等消费者保护法》的保留事项：
    • 与合同或订单撤回有关的记录：5 年
    • 付款及货物供应相关记录：5 年
    • 消费者投诉或纠纷处理记录：3 年
  3. 根据《通信秘密保护法》的保留事项：
    • 登录记录：3 个月

第4条（向第三方提供个人信息）

本服务原则上不向第三方提供用户个人信息，但在下列情形除外：

  1. 经用户事先同意时。
  2. 依法或依照法定程序，司法或调查机关提出要求时。
  3. 会员联动 SNS 账号并请求发布内容时，相关内容（文本、图片、标签等）将传送至所联动的 SNS 平台（如 Meta Platforms、WordPress 等）。

第5条（个人信息处理的委托）

为顺利提供服务，本服务将按照下列方式委托处理个人信息：

第6条（信息主体的权利与义务）

用户作为个人信息主体，可行使下列权利：

  1. 查阅个人信息的权利
  2. 请求更正或删除个人信息的权利
  3. 请求停止处理个人信息的权利
  4. 通过注销账号删除个人信息的权利

上述权利是可通过服务内的设置页面或以电子邮件联系个人信息保护责任人提出，我们将及时处理。

第7条（Cookie 与本地存储）

本服务为下列目的使用 Cookie 与浏览器本地存储：

  1. 认证令牌：用于维持登录状态的会话管理（Cookie）。
  2. 主题设置：保存用户选择的暗色/浅色模式偏好（本地存储）。
  3. 最近登录方式：为方便显示最近使用的登录方式（本地存储）。
  4. 可选的分析与广告成效测量：在用户许可下使用 Google Analytics 的 _ga 等 Cookie（最长 2 年）来测量访问路径与广告转化成效。不用于个性化广告，用户选择状态存储于本地存储。

拒绝分析 Cookie 不会影响核心服务使用。用户可随时在页面底部的 Cookie 设置修改选择，或在浏览器设置中删除 Cookie。但若屏蔽必要 Cookie，可能会限制登录等部分功能。

第8条（个人信息的销毁）

  1. 当保留期限届满或处理目的已达成后，服务将立即销毁该等个人信息。
  2. 以电子文件形式保存的信息将以不可恢复的方式永久删除，其他记录则予以碎纸或焚烧处理。

第9条（个人信息安全保证措施）

为确保个人信息的安全，服务已采取以下措施：

  1. 数据加密：密码以加密形式存储，所有通信通过 SSL/TLS 加密。
  2. 访问控制：采用数据库行级安全策略（Row Level Security，RLS），仅授权用户方可访问其数据。
  3. 访问记录管理：保留服务访问记录，以在发生个人信息泄露等事故时用于原因分析。

第10条（个人信息保护责任人）

服务已指定下列个人信息保护责任人，负责统筹个人信息处理工作，并处理用户投诉及救济事宜：

第11条（个人信息处理方针变更）

  1. 本个人信息处理方针自施行日起适用。如因法律或政策变更需增、删、修订条款，将在变更生效前至少7天通过服务内公告予以通知。

第12条（运营者数据访问政策）

服务的管理工具仅提供运营统计（用户数、内容数、费用汇总等），即便是最高级别的运营者，也无法通过该工具访问会员的实际内容或个人数据——此为系统架构所强制执行。

  1. 会员的数据受数据库行级安全（RLS）保护，一般情况下任何人（包括运营者）均无法访问他人会员的数据。
  2. 仅在不可避免的情况下，运营者才可进行系统级访问（直接数据库访问），包括：严重错误或数据损坏恢复、会员本人请求的数据核验、应对安全事件、履行法律义务。
  3. 发生上述不可避免的访问时，将在内部审计日志中记录访问理由、时间与范围。
  4. 运营者不会将会员数据用于营业、营销、提供给第三方或任何与服务运营无关的目的。

本隐私政策于2026年8月17日公告，并自2026年8月24日起生效。
