How to Delete Your Data

Marketing Studios AI allows you to connect your Facebook, Instagram, and Threads accounts via Meta Platform OAuth to publish marketing content. If you wish to delete all data associated with your Meta account from our service, you can do so in any of the following ways:

Option 1: Delete from within Marketing Studios AI

1. Log in to marketingstudios.ai
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar)
3. Navigate to the SNS Connections tab
4. Click Disconnect on the Facebook, Instagram, or Threads connection you wish to remove
5. All associated data (access tokens, account identifiers, profile information) will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers

Option 2: Remove from Facebook Settings

1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
2. Find Marketing Studios AI in your connected apps
3. Click Remove and select "Delete all data posted by Marketing Studios AI"
4. Facebook will automatically notify our system, and we will delete all your data within 24 hours

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

You may also request data deletion by contacting us at support@marketingstudios.ai. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove all of the following from our servers:

• Facebook/Instagram/Threads account identifiers and user IDs
• Account names and usernames
• Profile picture URLs
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
• Page IDs and business account IDs
• Any metadata associated with your SNS connections

Note: Content that has already been published to your social media accounts through our service will remain on those platforms. To remove published content, please manage it directly from each platform (Facebook, Instagram, or Threads).
