Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator (hereinafter "Operator") and the user (hereinafter "Member") in connection with the use of the AI-based marketing content generation service provided by Marketing Studios AI (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the AI-based marketing content auto-generation platform provided by the Operator through the marketingstudios.ai domain.
  2. "Member" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms, registers for, and uses the Service.
  3. "Content" refers to all information, including text, images, and data, that a Member inputs through the Service.
  4. "AI-Generated Content" refers to output such as text, images, hashtags, and other materials automatically generated by the Service using artificial intelligence technology.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service's website or otherwise communicated to Members.
  2. The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and shall provide at least 7 days' prior notice specifying the effective date and reasons for the changes.
  3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.

Article 4 (Scope of Service)

The main features of the Service provided by the Operator are as follows:

  1. AI-based SNS marketing content auto-generation (captions, hashtags, copywriting, etc.)
  2. AI-based image generation (thumbnails, banners, card news, stories, etc.)
  3. Brand kit management and tone & manner settings
  4. Deep research-based knowledge base construction
  5. Team collaboration through workspaces
  6. SNS account integration (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WordPress, etc.) and content publishing
  7. Content scheduling and publish history management
  8. Other services as determined by the Operator

Article 5 (Registration and Accounts)

  1. Registration may be completed via email/password or social login (Google, Kakao).
  2. Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information and may not register using another person's information.
  3. Members are responsible for securely managing their account credentials and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
  4. Members must immediately notify the Operator if unauthorized use of their account is suspected.

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

Members shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Unauthorized collection or use of others' personal information
  2. Creating or distributing illegal content using the Service
  3. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  4. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  5. Using automated means to impose excessive load on the Service
  6. Any other activities prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms

Article 7 (AI-Generated Content)

  1. AI-Generated Content is automatically produced by artificial intelligence models, and its accuracy, completeness, or suitability is not guaranteed.
  2. Members are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-Generated Content before use.
  3. AI-Generated Content may potentially infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other rights. Members must independently verify legal compliance before use.
  4. The Operator shall not be held liable for any legal disputes or damages arising from the use of AI-Generated Content.

Article 8 (Content Rights)

  1. Rights to original content (text, images, etc.) submitted to the Service by the Member remain with the Member.
  2. Members may freely use AI-Generated Content; however, the Operator does not guarantee exclusive rights, as identical or similar output may be generated for other Members.
  3. The Operator may use anonymized usage statistics for service quality improvement. However, Members' original content will not be provided to third parties or made publicly available.
  4. Data entered or uploaded by Members to the Service will not be used for AI model training by the Operator or AI processing sub-processors (OpenAI, Google, etc.). This is guaranteed by each sub-processor's API policy.

Article 9 (SNS Account Integration and Content Publishing)

  1. Members may integrate SNS accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WordPress, etc.) for which they hold management authority through the Service. Integration is conducted through the respective platform's OAuth authentication process.
  2. Members must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of integrated SNS platforms. The Operator shall not be held liable for issues arising from any violations thereof.
  3. The Member is responsible for managing content published through the Service (editing, deleting, comment management, etc.).
  4. Content publishing may fail or be delayed due to changes in SNS platform API policies, service outages, authentication expiration, or other platform-related issues. The Operator shall not be held liable for such occurrences.
  5. When a Member disconnects an SNS integration, all authentication information (access tokens, etc.) for that platform stored in the Service will be immediately deleted. However, content already published will remain on the respective SNS platform.

Article 10 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  1. The Operator may modify or suspend part or all of the Service with prior notice.
  2. The Service may be temporarily suspended for operational or technical reasons, with prior or subsequent notice provided.
  3. The Service may be suspended without notice in the event of natural disasters, national emergencies, or other force majeure circumstances.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator shall be exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications service interruptions.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for service interruptions attributable to the Member's own actions.
  3. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of AI-Generated Content and shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from its use.
  4. The Operator shall not bear any additional liability for services provided free of charge, except as specifically required by applicable law.
  5. The Operator shall not be liable for content publishing failures or feature limitations caused by changes in third-party SNS platform (Meta, WordPress, etc.) policies, service outages, or API restrictions.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes between the Operator and Members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 13 (Payment and Refund)

  1. Paid subscription plans (Pro, Business) are billed on a monthly or annual basis and payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

  3. Members may upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and resume subscriptions through the settings page within the Service.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on February 23, 2026.
