Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

★ Key Notice: Subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. If you cancel, you can continue using your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. For exceptional cases such as payment errors or service outages, please contact customer support.

Article 1 (Refund Principles)

  1. This refund policy applies to the paid subscription plans (Pro, Business) of Marketing Studios AI (hereinafter "Service"), a service operated by TravelersMAP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Operator").
  2. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Article 2 (Subscription Refund)

  1. When you cancel a subscription, subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.
  2. Upon cancellation request, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
  3. After the billing period expires, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.

Article 3 (Plan Change Settlement)

  1. Upgrade (e.g., Pro → Business): Applied immediately, and the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged.
  2. Downgrade (e.g., Business → Pro): Applied from the next billing date. You can continue using the current plan until the end of the current billing period.

Article 4 (Refund Processing)

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).
  2. Refund processing is handled through the payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and may take 5-10 business days depending on the card issuer.
  3. Refunds may not be provided in cases of account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service.
  4. The Free plan is provided at no cost and is therefore not subject to refunds.

Supplementary Provisions

This refund policy is effective from March 4, 2026.
