Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

Article 1 (Refund Principles)

  1. This refund policy applies to the paid subscription plans (Pro, Business) of Marketing Studios AI (hereinafter "Service").
  2. The refund policy differs depending on the subscription type (monthly/annual).
  3. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Article 2 (Monthly Subscription Refund)

  1. No refunds are provided when canceling a monthly subscription.
  2. Upon cancellation request, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
  3. After the billing period expires, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.

Article 3 (Annual Subscription Refund)

  1. When canceling an annual subscription, a prorated refund is provided based on the usage period.
  2. The refund amount is calculated as follows: Refund = Annual Payment - (Months Used × Monthly Price)
  3. Months used are rounded up. (e.g., 2 months and 5 days = calculated as 3 months)
  4. If the calculated refund is zero or negative (10+ months used), no refund is provided.
  5. The annual subscription discount is based on a 12-month commitment, so the monthly rate applies upon early termination.

Example: Pro Annual ($290) after 2 months → $290 - (2 × $29) = $232 refund

Article 4 (Plan Change Settlement)

  1. Upgrade (e.g., Pro → Business): Applied immediately, and the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged.
  2. Monthly downgrade (e.g., Business Monthly → Pro Monthly): Applied from the next billing date. You can continue using the current plan until the end of the current period.
  3. Annual downgrade (e.g., Business Annual → Pro Annual/Monthly): The existing subscription is canceled and a prorated refund is processed per Article 3, then payment for the new plan proceeds.

Article 5 (Refund Processing)

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).
  2. Refund processing is handled through the payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and may take 5-10 business days depending on the card issuer.
  3. Refunds may not be provided in cases of account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service.
  4. Separate refunds do not apply during free trial periods.

This refund policy is effective from March 4, 2026.
