Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026

This policy defines the acceptable scope of use for MarketingStudios.AI (the "Service"). This policy applies to all members together with the Terms of Service, and you may not use the Service if you do not agree to it.

Article 1 (Basic Principles)

1. The Service must be used only for creating content for lawful marketing and promotional purposes.
2. Members may use the Service only to create content for themselves or for brands and organizations they are duly authorized to represent.
3. Members are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.

Article 2 (Prohibited Content)

1. Content that promotes illegal activity or may be used to commit crimes
2. Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
3. Sexually explicit adult content
4. Content that sexualizes minors (violations result in immediate account termination without prior warning and a report to the relevant authorities)
5. Deceptive information such as fake reviews, inflated performance claims, or impersonation of other people or companies
6. Deepfakes that synthesize a real person's face or voice without consent, or content that violates personality rights
7. Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights
8. Unlawful advertising of regulated goods and services such as weapons, drugs, or gambling, and false or exaggerated advertising of pharmaceuticals or health supplements
9. Content intended for spam or indiscriminate mass distribution

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

1. Circumventing the Service's security measures or exploiting vulnerabilities
2. Calling the Service through abnormal automated means or imposing excessive load on the system
3. Circumventing or abusing per-plan generation limits
4. Reselling the Service itself to third parties without a separate agreement
5. Attempting to bypass AI safety filters to generate prohibited content

Article 4 (AI-Generated Content Disclosure and Responsibility)

1. Content provided by the Service, including text, images, and videos, is generated by AI models.
2. Due to the nature of AI technology, generated output may contain inaccurate or inappropriate content. Fact-checking and final review before publishing are the member's responsibility.
3. Where the target platform or applicable law requires labeling of AI-generated material, compliance with such obligations is the member's responsibility.
4. The Service operates safety filters provided by AI model vendors along with its own review mechanisms, and generation requests that violate this policy may be rejected.

Article 5 (Enforcement)

1. Depending on the severity of the violation, the operator may apply warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension and termination in stages.
2. For serious violations such as child-safety violations or illegal activity, the account may be terminated immediately without prior warning and reported to the relevant authorities.
3. If you discover content that violates this policy, please report it to support@marketingstudios.ai.

Supplementary Provision

This policy takes effect on June 10, 2026. Changes to this policy will be announced through in-service notices.
