Google User Data Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI uses Google OAuth for user authentication. When you sign in with Google, we collect and store the following data:

  • Name — for display in your profile
  • Email address — for account identification and communication
  • Profile picture URL — for display in your profile

How we use this data: Solely for user authentication and profile display within MarketingStudios.AI. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, except as required by law.

Data retention: Your data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently destroyed without delay.

Meta Platform Data Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI integrates with Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) to enable content publishing. When you connect your accounts, we collect and store the following data:

  • Account identifiers — Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, Threads User IDs
  • Account names & usernames — for display in the connected accounts list
  • Profile picture URLs — for display in the connected accounts list
  • Access tokens — OAuth tokens for publishing content on your behalf

How we use this data: Solely for publishing marketing content to your connected accounts at your explicit request. We do not access your private messages, followers lists, or personal profile data beyond what is listed above.

Data sharing:Content you choose to publish is sent to Meta's Graph API. We do not sell or share your Meta account data with any other third parties.

Data deletion: When you disconnect an account, all stored tokens and account data are immediately deleted. You can also request full data deletion by contacting support@marketingstudios.ai

YouTube API Services Disclosure

MarketingStudios.AI uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel for video publishing and analytics within MarketingStudios.AI. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

OAuth scopes requested:

  • youtube.readonly — to display your connected channel and retrieve video analytics
  • youtube.upload — to upload videos that you explicitly request to publish

Data we collect and store:

  • Channel information — channel ID, title, description, thumbnail URL, subscriber count, total view count, video count
  • Recent video metadata (up to 25 latest videos) — video ID, title, thumbnail URL, publish date, view/like/comment counts
  • OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens, retained only to maintain your connection

How we use this data:

  • Display your connected YouTube channel in the dashboard and channel insights view
  • Show analytics such as subscriber count and video performance metrics
  • Upload videos to your YouTube channel only when you explicitly initiate the publish action
  • Set a custom thumbnail on uploaded videos when provided

Limited Use compliance: MarketingStudios.AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We do not use YouTube data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
  • We do not transfer YouTube data to third parties for serving ads or any advertising purposes.
  • We do not allow humans to read YouTube data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable law.

Data sharing:We do not sell or transfer your YouTube data to any third party. Videos you choose to upload are sent only to YouTube via Google's official API.

Data retention:OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your YouTube account in the channels settings. Channel snapshots and video metrics retained for analytics are deleted upon account deletion. You may revoke MarketingStudios.AI's access at any time via Google Security Settings.

Data deletion: Disconnect your channel anytime from the channels settings within the app, or request full deletion of all stored YouTube data by contacting support@marketingstudios.ai.

TravelersMAP Co., Ltd.（以下「經營者」），就透過 marketingstudios.ai 網域提供之 Marketing Studios AI（以下「服務」），依個人資料保護相關法令訂定並公開本個人資料處理方針，旨在保護使用者個人資料並迅速妥善處理相關申訴。

第1條（個人資料處理之目的）

本服務為下列目的處理個人資料：

  1. 會員註冊與管理：為會員服務進行身分確認、會員識別及防止服務濫用。
  2. 服務提供：以 AI 為基礎的行銷內容產生、品牌工具管理、工作區協作功能之提供。
  3. 服務改善：分析服務使用情形、提升服務品質及開發新功能。
  4. SNS 串接與內容發佈：串接會員之 SNS 帳號（Instagram、Facebook、Threads、WordPress）並自動發佈行銷內容。
  5. 申訴處理：處理使用者查詢與申訴，及公告事項之傳達。

第2條（蒐集之個人資料項目）

1. 電子郵件/密碼註冊時

  • 必要項目：姓名（暱稱）、電子郵件地址、密碼

2. 社群登入（Google）時

  • 必要項目：姓名、電子郵件地址、頭像 URL

3. 社群登入（Kakao）時

  • 必要項目：暱稱、電子郵件地址、頭像 URL

4. SNS 帳號串接時

  • Instagram：Instagram 商業帳號 ID、使用者名稱、頭像 URL、連結之 Facebook 頁面資訊
  • Facebook：頁面 ID、頁面名稱、頁面存取權杖
  • Threads：Threads 使用者 ID、使用者名稱、頭像 URL
  • WordPress：網站 URL、認證權杖
  • 共通項目：OAuth 存取權杖（用於內容發佈）、權杖到期日

5. 服務使用過程中自動蒐集之資訊

  • IP 位址、瀏覽器種類與版本、連線時間點及服務使用紀錄。於使用者同意分析與廣告成效衡量時，另行蒐集 Google Analytics 用戶端 ID、頁面進入網址、UTM 參數及廣告點擊識別碼（如 gclid）。

第3條（個人資料之處理與保存期間）

  1. 會員退出時，將立即銷毀該等個人資料。但如依法需保存者，則於法定期間內保管。
  2. 依電子商務等消費者保護相關法令之保存：
    • 契約或撤單記錄：5 年
    • 付款及商品等供應記錄：5 年
    • 消費者申訴或爭議處理記錄：3 年
  3. 依通訊秘密保護法之保存：
    • 登入記錄：3 個月

第4條（向第三方提供個人資料）

本服務原則上不向第三方提供使用者個人資料，但在下列情形為例外：

  1. 經使用者事先同意者
  2. 基於法令規定或依法律程序並經偵查機關之要求者
  3. 會員串接 SNS 帳號並請求發佈內容時，該內容（文字、圖片、標籤等）將傳送至被串接之 SNS 平台（如 Meta Platforms、WordPress 等）。

第5條（個人資料處理之委託）

為順利提供服務，本服務將如下委託個人資料之處理：

第6條（資料當事人之權利與義務）

使用者作為個人資料當事人，得行使下列權利：

  1. 查閱個人資料之權利
  2. 請求更正或刪除個人資料之權利
  3. 請求停止處理個人資料之權利
  4. 透過會員退出請求刪除個人資料之權利

上述權利得透過服務內之設定頁面或以電子郵件聯絡個資保護責任人行使，我們將即時處理。

第7條（Cookie 與本地儲存）

本服務為下列目的使用 Cookie 與瀏覽器本地儲存：

  1. 驗證權杖：維持登入狀態之會話管理（Cookie）。
  2. 主題設定：儲存使用者選擇之深色/淺色模式偏好（本地儲存）。
  3. 最近登入方式：為方便起見顯示最後使用之登入方式（本地儲存）。
  4. 選擇性之分析與廣告成效衡量：在使用者同意下，使用 Google Analytics 的 _ga 等 Cookie（最長 2 年）衡量訪客行為與廣告轉換成效。不用於個人化廣告，使用者之選擇會儲存在本地儲存。

拒絕分析 Cookie 並不影響核心服務使用。使用者可隨時於頁面底部的 Cookie 設定變更選擇，或於瀏覽器設定刪除 Cookie。但若封鎖必要 Cookie，可能會限制登入等某些功能。

第8條（個人資料之銷毀）

  1. 當個人資料的保存期間屆滿或處理目的達成時，服務會立即銷毀該等個人資料。
  2. 電子檔案以不可復原方式永久刪除，其他紙本記錄則以碎紙或焚燒方式處理。

第9條（個人資料安全性之維護措施）

為確保個人資料之安全性，服務採取下列措施：

  1. 資料加密：密碼以加密方式儲存，所有通訊透過 SSL/TLS 加密。
  2. 存取管控：套用資料庫 Row Level Security（RLS）政策，僅授權使用者可存取其自身資料。
  3. 連線紀錄管理：保存服務連線記錄，以供個資外洩等事件時做原因分析。

第10條（個人資料保護責任人）

服務指派下列個人資料保護責任人，負責個資處理事務之總掌與處理使用者申訴及救濟事宜：

使用者如就服務使用中發生之個人資料保護相關詢問、申訴或救濟事項，均可依上列聯絡資訊提出。

第11條（個人資料處理方針之變更）

  1. 本隱私權政策自生效日施行，若因法令或政策變更需新增、刪除或修訂內容，將於變更生效日前至少 7 日於服務內公告。

第12條（營運者之資料存取政策）

服務之管理工具僅提供營運統計（使用者數、內容數、費用彙整等），即便為最高階營運者，亦無法透過該工具存取會員之實際內容或個人資料——此為系統架構強制執行。

  1. 會員資料受資料庫 Row Level Security（RLS）保護，通常情況下包括營運者在內的任何人皆無法存取其他會員之資料。
  2. 僅在不可避免情況下，營運者得以系統層級（直接存取資料庫）方式查看資料，包含：重大錯誤或資料毀損之復原、會員經由明確請求之資料確認、資安事件回應、及法定義務之履行。
  3. 若發生上述不可避免之存取，將於內部稽核日誌記錄存取事由、時間及範圍。
  4. 營運者不會將會員資料用於營業、行銷、提供第三方或其他非服務營運之目的。
